Seven Connected Movements - Solfeggio Frequencies

Seven Connected Movements

A Solfeggio Frequency Journey

An ethereal ambient journey through seven connected movements, incorporating the Solfeggio frequencies of 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639 and 741 Hz. Each frequency emerges within its own musical passage before flowing naturally into the next—creating one continuous meditation on stillness, connection and transformation.

An instrumental journey inspired by traditional healing-frequency practices, evolving gradually through seven connected movements: 174 Hz (F3), 285 Hz (C#4/Db4), 396 Hz (G4), 417 Hz (G#4/Ab4), 528 Hz (near C5), 639 Hz (near Eb5), and 741 Hz (F#5).

The traditional core Solfeggio scale consists of six primary frequencies, though an extended modern set includes nine total tones (often referenced in groups of seven, eight, or nine). Starting from 174 Hz through the first seven frequencies of the sequence, they are:

174 Hz – Associated with physical comfort, safety, grounding, and acting as a natural anesthetic for pain relief.

285 Hz – Associated with cellular and tissue restoration, energy renewal, and a gentle reset.

396 Hz – Associated with liberating guilt and fear, turning grief into joy, and emotional release.

417 Hz – Associated with facilitating change, clearing old patterns, and undoing traumatic situations.

528 Hz – Known as the "love frequency" or miracle tone, associated with DNA repair, warmth, and transformation.

639 Hz – Associated with interpersonal connection, relationships, harmony, and emotional balance.

741 Hz – Associated with mental clarity, awakening intuition, and problem-solving.
